Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or high order volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when available.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but is lost or stolen after delivery, we are not responsible for replacement or refund. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
