Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our mystery boxes.
By purchasing from our shop, customers understand and agree that they are buying a mystery box experience. Items are selected as surprises, and while we do our best to create enjoyable boxes, we cannot guarantee that every item will match each customer’s personal taste or preferences.
Customers are welcome to send us their preferences, favorite themes, colors, characters, or dislikes through Instagram or TikTok messages before or shortly after placing their order. We will do our best to consider these requests, but specific items are not guaranteed.
Refunds and replacements are only available under the following circumstances:
* If an item arrives broken or damaged, we may offer a replacement for the damaged item.
* If the package arrives severely damaged to the point that none of the items can reasonably be used or saved, a refund may be issued.
* If the customer receives the wrong order due to an error on our side, we will work to resolve the issue appropriately.
We do not offer refunds or returns based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with mystery box selections, or changed minds.
To report an issue with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include photos of the package and items received.
